Refund & Return Policy

At ZYRAVO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you
may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Product Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the requested size or model is available. If not, store credit may be provided.

4. Refunds
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit. For online card payments, refunds
are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, ZYRAVO will cover the cost of replacement or return.
